We’re giving out a limited edition UBER neckpillow to each driver who completes 50 5-star trips from December 1-31, 2016! 

HOW TO REDEEM

• Uber will send weekly updates on your progress towards the reward.
• You will be notified if you qualify for the SUPERSTARS Reward via the Partner app on or before January 4.
• You may claim your reward at the 2Quad Uber Office from January 9-21, Mondays to Fridays, 12 - 4pm; Saturdays 10am - 4pm. Give your Uber-registered email address to claim your Uber neckpillow. Please bring your valid ID upon claiming.
• If you cannot claim your reward please let your representative bring the following:
  - his/her valid ID
  - authorization letter
  - photocopy of your valid ID

HOW MOMENTUM MONTHLY REWARDS WORK

• Deals are refreshed every first week of the month
• Drivers have to meet the criteria set in order to be able to redeem the deal of the month
• All decisions made are at the discretion of Uber and are final
• Any irregularities and fraudulent activities will be investigated and may be reason for disqualification
