You only need 4 documents to get your account activated. Just bring the following to the ON-SITE Driver Onboarding and Help Desk sessions at the 2Quad Building, Cardinal Rosales Ave., Ayala Center, Cebu, every weekday, Monday to Friday, 10AM-3PM:

1.Professional Driver’s License
2.OR/CR or Sales Invoice of your vehicle **
3.NBI Clearance
4.Notarized Special Power of Attorney (SPA) documents*. Download by clicking HERE.

When: Every Tuesday to Friday, 10 AM to 3 PM
