There are still limited cars on the road (less than 20), so getting a ride could take longer, especially during peak hours. Uber will be adding more cars as soon as it gets accreditation from LTFRB. UPDATE (December 6, 2015): The limited number of Uber cars on the road will continue until LTFRB resumes the processing of the applications of 50 Uber units which were put on hold while the 20-day temporary restraining order (TRO) against ride-sharing services is in effect.
