Uber Philippines (Manila and Cebu) made it easier and faster to sign up as an Uber Partner with the online driver training. Starting today, partner-drivers are no longer required to physically attend to a driver on boarding session, instead, they can now complete the driver training 100% online! This is a win-win solution for Uber and Uber partners-drivers. Uber partners-drivers basically can now be activated without meeting any of the Uber staffs. On the other hand, Uber will no longer spen a penny in conducting the driver on boarding sessions. Here's the new sign up process:

5 Easy Steps to Start Driving On Uber

UPDATE (March 14, 2016): Please check this post for the latest sign up process.

However, 2-door cars, pick-ups and vans are not allowed at this time.

Step 2: Submit TNVS requirements & driver docs online.

For all those driving under your account (including you IF you plan to drive), a valid professional driver's license, valid NBI clearance and clear profile photo are needed.
