Cebu, uberX Soft Launches Tomorrow! THE FOLLOWING PROMOTIONAL INCENTIVE WILL RUN FROM THURSDAY, DECEMBER 3, UNTIL SUNDAY, DECEMBER 6. Cebu partners, uberX will finally begin its soft launch TOMORROW, December 3. Riders will be able to request for rides beginning 8AM -- our official time of launch. Promotional Pricing Upon Launch (subject to change): uberX Cebu Per KM PHP 6.90 Per Minute PHP 3.00 Uber Service Fee: 25% Being one of our first partner drivers, now is the time to go online! As a soft launch promotion, we will be rewarding those who are able to go online during hours when demand is expected to be highest, and meet a certain acceptance rate.* Total Number of Hours Online (between 6AM-10PM TH & SUN, & 6AM-2AM FRI and SAT) Promotional Incentive (on top of earnings from fares) 24 PHP 4,000 16 PHP 2,500 8 PHP 1,000 *To qualify for this promotional incentive, each driver must have an acceptance rate of at least 90%. Make sure to accept all incoming requests to qualify. Failure to meet any condition above may result in any promotional incentives being voided. Some Examples: If you are online from 9AM-1PM on Thursday (4 hours), 6PM-8PM on Friday (2 hours), and 7PM-10PM on Saturday (3 hours), and have an acceptance rate of 90%, you will receive an additional PHP1,000 on top of earnings from fares for being online a total of 9 hours. If you are online from 8AM-11AM and 5PM-8PM (6 hours per day), from Thursday - Saturday, and have an acceptance rate of 90%, you will receive an additonal PHP2,500 on top of earnings from fares for being an online a total of 18 hours. If you are online from 6AM-9AM and 5PM-9PM (7 hours per day) from Thursday to Sunday, and have an acceptance rate of 90%, you will receive an additional PHP4,000 on top of earnings from fares for being online a total of 28 hours. If you're online from 8AM-2AM just on Friday (there should be a lot of demand on weekend nights!), with an acceptance rate of 90%, you will receive an additional PHP2,500 for being online a total of 18 hours. Some Additional Conditions/Notes: Any suspected fraudulent activity to game/cheat the system will be grounds for having any promotional incentives voided. Non-availability within the initial coverage area (bounded by Consolacion in the north and by Talisay in the South, and all of Mactan) may result in your hours not being counted towards this week's promotional incentive (Example: spending all 30 hours online outside of the coverage area). However, if you take trips to/from areas outside the coverage area, these hours will be counted. Uber's 25% service fee will NOT be deducted from any promotional incentives earned. NOTE: Availing of promotional incentives is and will always be optional for every driver. Promotional incentives will fall under "Miscellaneous" in your partner payment statements.
