At last, LTFRB resumed the acceptance and processing of TNVS applications. This is a very good news, not only to those partners who are waiting for their unit/s to become active, but also to the riders who are having hard time getting a ride during peak hours.
Here's the official e-mail from Uber last night to aspiring Uber Cebu partners:

Great news for incoming Uber partners! The LTFRB has finally agreed to resume acceptance and processing of the TNVS applications. THANK YOU for all your patience!
There is no better time to complete your application than NOW! If you haven't yet, upload your driver and vehicle documents to your partner dashboard (partners.uber.com) and submit your TNVS (PA) application as soon as possible to get onboarded and activated as soon as possible!
